1. General disclaimer
The information on the general access sections of this website is for information only and does not constitute an invitation, offer or recommendation to buy, sell or otherwise deal in any foreign exchange product or other financial instrument in the United Kingdom or in any other jurisdiction in which such an invitation, offer or recommendation is not permitted, or to any person to whom it would be unlawful to make such an invitation, offer or recommendation.
The FX products and services referred to on this site may not be suitable for all users. If in doubt you should seek independent financial, legal and tax advice in respect of any proposed course of action before making any decision.
2. Not for retail clients
The services described on this website, namely FX liquidity introductions, are intended for professional clients and eligible counterparties only. They are not directed at, intended for, or made available to retail clients.
By accessing this website you confirm that you are a professional client or an eligible counterparty within the meaning of the FCA’s Conduct of Business Sourcebook (COBS), or that you are accessing this site solely for general informational purposes and are not relying on its content for any decision.
If you are a retail client, you should not rely on the content of this website and should not engage with our introducing services without first taking independent regulated advice.
3. Introducing Broker activities
Rizdex acts as an Introducing Broker connecting eligible business clients with FCA-authorised foreign exchange liquidity providers. In that capacity:
- Rizdex does not execute trades, hold client money, or provide investment advice on individual transactions.
- All FX execution, clearing, settlement, custody and reporting are performed by the third-party liquidity provider chosen by the client. That provider is the regulated counterparty for the resulting transactions.
- Rizdex is remunerated by the liquidity providers we introduce, not by clients. Remuneration is never charged to, or deducted from, the client in any form. The basis of our remuneration is disclosed to each client.
- An introduction does not constitute a recommendation. Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence on any provider before opening an account or trading.
4. Foreign exchange risk warning
Foreign exchange and related products carry a high level of risk and may not be suitable for every business. Before engaging with any FX provider you should consider carefully your objectives, level of experience, operational capacity and risk tolerance. Key risks include:
- Market risk: exchange rates can move rapidly and unpredictably. Adverse movements can result in losses that exceed deposits or initial margin.
- Leverage risk: leveraged FX products can magnify both gains and losses. Small market movements can have a disproportionate effect on your position.
- Counterparty and settlement risk: you are exposed to the credit and operational standing of the liquidity provider you choose.
- Operational risk: errors in instructions, delays in confirmation, system failures or settlement disruptions can all create losses.
Past performance of any currency, market or strategy is not a reliable indicator of future performance.

- Rizdex will collect and process the personal data you provide (such as name, email address, phone number, company name and any message content) in order to respond to your enquiry, manage our relationship with you, and where applicable carry out KYC and onboarding checks.
- For Introducing Broker enquiries, your information may be shared with one or more FCA-authorised liquidity providers in connection with the introduction process. We will tell you who, before any data is shared.
- Rizdex is the Data Controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- You have rights under data protection law, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
